1 Definitions

8 Betting Rules and Sports Markets

8.1 Bet Placement and Confirmation

A wager is only valid once it has been confirmed on-screen by bhd88 and a bet reference number has been issued. Bets that have not received a confirmation reference are not valid regardless of any display issue encountered by the Player. It is the Player's responsibility to verify that a bet has been correctly placed before the relevant market closes.

8.2 Odds and Market Movements

8.4 Cricket-Specific Rules

9 Casino and Game Rules

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bhd88 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the Player's use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, or any other legal theory.

bhd88's total cumulative liability to any Player arising out of or related to their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bhd88 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bhd88 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the suitability, reliability, availability, timeliness, or accuracy of any information offered through the Platform.

14 Suspension and Termination

14.1 By bhd88

bhd88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it reasonably believes that: the Player has breached any provision of these Terms; the account is being used for prohibited conduct (see Section 10); the Player has provided false or misleading information; or the continued operation of the account presents a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other players.

14.2 Outstanding Balance on Termination

If an account is closed by bhd88 for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. If an account is closed due to a breach of Terms, bhd88 reserves the right to withhold outstanding balances pending a full review of account activity.

14.3 By the Player

Players may request account closure at any time by contacting bhd88 support. Any real-money balance at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's verified payment method, subject to the standard verification requirements described in these Terms.

15 Amendments to These Terms

bhd88 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, bhd88 will provide notice to registered Players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform, at least 7 days before the amended Terms take effect.

Your continued use of the bhd88 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 14.3.

16 Governing Principles and Dispute Resolution

16.1 Dispute Submission

Disputes submitted outside this window may not be eligible for review. 16.3 Finality of Decisions

bhd88's internal dispute resolution decisions, once final, are binding on both parties with respect to the specific matter in dispute. These Terms do not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection or other mandatory legislation that cannot be excluded or limited by contract.
